Blocking the Plumeria Frill

A few people asked how to block the Plumeria, so here are some pictures of one being blocked.

I start with a large bathsheet folded in two. Then begin at one end and place a pin then start to coil the piece and you can pull point every other ridge if you like. Pushing the pins all the way into the towel.

As the coil continues, the scarf will start to overlap – just keep pinning. This is why you pushed the pins all the way in above.

To block without points follow the steps above and you can skip the pinning. Just open up the project with your hands and swirl it around.

Hope you found this helpful. 🙂
