Aqua Peasant Shawl

This was a project I hoped to make on a recent car trip we went on, but I was too car sick and nothing was helping this time. The yarn is Wollmeise leftover from the Ladrada Shawl. The pattern was enjoyable, and even the lace part didn’t need a whole lot of concentration, so that’s perfect. It’s the Peasant Shawl from GoddessKnits and it’s a ‘free with purchase’ pattern. I added one extra lace repeat to each side just to make it a little larger and to use up my yarn. It’s one I will surely make again, so it’s worth checking out if you like simple shawls that really don’t look simple. I’m all about what I like to call, the lazy hoorah!
