Really enjoyed finding something a little different to play with. Something with unique motifs (long and tall stitches), a new lace stitch to learn (Solomon’s Knot) and a new yarn I had never tried (Paton’s Lace). This pattern is called The Flower Power Shawl and it’s over on Ravelry as a free download. The instructions are a bit vague in parts, but an experienced/advanced crocheter should be able to make this simply with the photos given.
I think this will be beautiful with my winter-ish jacket in the cooler days of our Florida winters. So sadly I will pack it away until then, or maybe let Purl wear it for a little while first.
